Complex will provide 66 new affordable 1-3 bedroom apartments

Sign out front says NOW LEASING for the still-under-construction “The Heights at Brady Square”. The new apartment complex at Bellemeade and Lynhaven is slated to bring 66 affordable one, two, and three-bedroom apartments this year.

According to Redfin, the 1 bedroom apartments will rent for $868-$1,068/month, the 2 bedroom units will be $1,277-$1,307/month, and the 3 bedroom apartments will be $1,193-$1,470/month.
