The 2 buildings of the NOON Hioaks apartments are well underway. These income qualified 1-3 bedroom apartments are set to be available by fall 2024. No information seems to be available on what the specific rent might be.

Fun fact! “The city needs an estimated 40,000 additional housing units to put a dent in the [lack of affordable housing stock].”
