The former adult daycare at 1500 Semmes Avenue has been painted black and signs for HIGH ROLLERZ have been posted. A building permit was issued to Giggles Smoke LLC in December that allows for light remodeling and change of use to RETAIL. I can’t locate any info or a good contact. Doesn’t seem to be an ABC application in the works. Appears likely to be one of those “almost weed” shops – anybody got anything?
