Apartments in the works for Hull Street

Site work is underway at 2008 Hull Street for the 4-story apartment development Swansboro Place.

The affordable apartment development will be a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with an outdoor amenity space and a first-floor community space. Different sources specify between 86-99 units in the development, targeting families at 40%-60% AMI.

The project is adjacent to a Dollar General, across the street from the stalled Hild Seigel’s project, and a block distant from the 83 units of affordable senior housing being built on Bainbridge.
