Per RVADirt, Dawn Page (8th District) has been selected as the Chair of the Richmond School Board for the remainder of 2024, following the ouster of the 5th District’s Stephanie Rizzi. Page, first elected to the Board in 2016, is not running for re-election this cycle. Emmett J. Jafari and PH “Cruz” Sherman are challenging for the open seat.
