Palmer gets life plus 63 years for 2023 robbery spree and murder

On Wednesday, Oct. 2, 60-year-old Mark Palmer was sentenced to life plus 63 years in prison for four armed robberies in Richmond’s Southside, including one in which he murdered 50-year-old Dollar General employee Kamarr B. Hall Sr., according to the Richmond Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
