Have you seen Joshua Ishiah Randolph?

The Virginia State Police has issued a missing person with autism alert on behalf of the Richmond City Police Department early this morning for Joshua Ishiah Randolph. He is 17 years old, 5′ 8″ tall, weighs 140 lbs., and has brown eyes and brown hair.

He was last seen on Wednesday just before midnight on Decatur Street, possibly wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt, dark sweat pants, and blue crocs. He is believed to be on foot.

The missing person has been diagnosed with autism and their disappearance poses a credible threat to their health and safety.
