Women wanted in connection to October pedestrian death on Midlothian

Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the individuals in these photos in reference to a traffic fatality that occurred in the 6300 block of Midlothian Turnpike.
At approximately 5:29 a.m., October 9, 2024, officers were called to the 6300 block of Midlothian Turnpike for the report of an SUV that struck a pedestrian. Officers arrived and found the female pedestrian, Tomorrow Brooks, 42, of Richmond, down and unresponsive in a westbound lane of Midlothian Turnpike. Brooks was pronounced dead at the scene.
The RPD Crash Team responded to the scene to investigate and have determined that Brooks was attempting to make a mid-block crossing from the north side of the street to the south side of the street when she was struck.
Brooks was accompanied by two other individuals, detectives believe these individuals are Jazmine Taylor, 36, of Richmond and Angelia Watson, 29, of Richmond. They both left the scene prior to police arrival.
The driver remained on the scene. At this time, no charges have been filed. This investigation continues.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
