Chesterfield man man identified as Decatur Street shooting victim

Victim Identified in Decatur Street Homicide Investigation

Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide on Decatur Street last week as Lonzo Harris, Jr., 35, of Chesterfield.

At approximately 11:36 p.m., Thursday, February 6, officers were called to the 3300 block of Decatur Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Harris, Jr., down and unresponsive inside the residence. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead on the scene.
