Victim identified, arrest made in January shooting on Greshamwood Place

Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the fatal shooting that occurred earlier this year as Darrell Mann, 52, of Richmond, and detectives have made an arrest.

Misty Swift, 35, of Richmond, has been charged with murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a violent felon. Her booking photo is attached.

At approximately 8:28 p.m., Saturday, January 25, officers were called to the 100 block of Greshamwood Place for the report of shooting. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Mann, down on the floor inside a structure. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injury.
