Comic Arts Richmond returns for its fourth annual indie comic book show! The event will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Basic City Beer Co. in Richmond, VA, bringing together creators, enthusiasts, and the local community for an unforgettable day of art, storytelling, and creativity.

South of the James Farmers Market is open Sundays in Forest Hill Park at the corner of New Kent and 42nd Street. Year round.

Calling all gardeners and newbies! Come share seeds, plants, and knowledge of all things green with your community (oh, and Spritzes…)

City Council meets on the 2nd & 4th Mondays during the months of January, February, March, April, May, and October. City Council meets on only the 2nd Monday during the months of June, July, August, September, November, and December.

Group runs in the Woodland Heights / Forest Hill / Westover Hills area. All paces and experience levels welcome! Routes usually 3-5 miles.

The Belmont Pantry is a weekly food giveaway held every Friday from 9AM-1PM at Belmont UMC at 3510 Broad Rock Boulevard that serves nearly 1,600 families every month
