Michelle Mosby announces candidacy for mayor

Former 9th District City Council Representative Michelle Mosby today officially announced her candidacy for Richmond’s mayor this cycle. Mosby is one of 4 candidates at this point.

Mosby was elected to represent the 9th District in 2012. She was also one of 19 candidates for the last open mayoral seat in 2016, where she came in 4th with 5.65% of the vote.

Ms.Mosby owns the International Hair Salon on Forest Hill Avenue.
