On 1/14/24 at 9:45pm on the 4100 block of Richmond Highway, RVA we believe this beautiful cat was doused with accelerant and intentionally set on fire. 💔 He died on scene and subsequent necropsy results defined 2nd & 3rd degree burns over 60% of his body. Video surveillance is posted on our RACC Medical Pics page (WARNING-GRAPHIC), and we are looking for any/all information about the individual pictured. This is a heartbreaking and senseless act of violence and we hope you can help us. 🙏 Please call 804-646-5573, email Robert.leinberger@rva.gov, PM on FB of DM on IG @racc_shelter, or remain anonymous through Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers with any information you have.
