This is a heartbreaking and senseless act of violence and we hope you can help us. 🙏 Please call 804-646-5573, email Robert.leinberger@rva.gov, PM on FB of DM on IG @racc_shelter, or remain anonymous through Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers with any information you have.
