The former grocery store, restaurant, and corner market at 2216 Keswick Avenue is being converted into a residential dwelling.
a Special Use Permit from 2023 describes how the former commercial building will be converted from a commercial space to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath residential space.
The building was constructed in 1934 and was first used as a gocery store; by 1973 the space was a restaurant. From Google Streetview the property has been at least mostly vacant since September 2011.
