Richmond People’s Budget at Broad Rock Library this Wednesday

Come out to Broad Rock Library on May 1 from 5-7:30PM for a discussion hosted by the Richmond People’s Budget Steering Commission. Find out more about Participatory Budgeting, where residents decide how capital improvement funds are spent. The session will center Spanish speaking community leaders – learn about their work and how RVAPB can be useful to them.
