Man shot and killed on Overlook Street

In South Richmond’s 2nd homicide in less than 24 hours (and 4th for the year), a man was shot to death this afternoon on the 1300 block of Overlook Street.

From the RPD:

Today at approximately 3:40 p.m., officers were called to the 1300 block of Overlook Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male down on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
