An update on the 700 West 44 project from Eric Kolenich at the Times-Dispatch:

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority has applied for $3 million in project-based vouchers from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to use toward the project, the latest effort by the city to address the affordable housing crisis in Greater Richmond.

One in four units will be available to residents with Section 8 project-based vouchers, according to the website and an environmental assessment filed with HUD.
