Westover Place still happening, would like to be a little taller

Richard Hayes at RVA HUB has an update on the Westover Place development on Forest Hill Avenue via the Westover Hill Neighborhood Association:

They plan to transform the parcel into a three-story building featuring commercial retail space on the ground floor and apartments on the second and third floors. […] They plan to apply to the Building and Zoning Appeals (BZA) to request a height increase of an additional four feet beyond what current zoning allows. Their rationale is that higher ceilings will attract higher-quality local merchants and better align the project with the neighboring redevelopments along Forest Hill Avenue.
