Affordable townhome development for German School Road

Mike Platania at Richmond BizSense has the details on a 236 unit affordable townhome community coming to German School Road:
[Townhomes] that would each reach three stories, three or four bedrooms and total around 1,700 square feet. Plans also include a 500+ space parking lot. Ullom described the townhomes as “workforce housing” and said they’d be restricted to those earning up to 60 percent of the area median income.
I want to know what the date for move in and how much is the monthly rent is
@Roblyn – they are hoping to start construction next year, so it could be while. They don’t have any info on rental costs available yet.
