Juvenile killed, 2 injured in shooting at Belt Atlantic

A juvenile male was killed and 2 women were injured late night in a shooting incident last night at the Belt Atlantic Apartments in the 4000 Midlothian Turnpike.
This is the 12th killing in South Richmond this year; last year at this time there had been 22. There were 3 homicides last year in the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike.
