Richmond Marathon is this Saturday 11/16

The Allianz Partners Richmond Marathon will be run this Saturday, November 16. The race begins at 7 AM at 1st and Broad Street and will be on Riverside/Forest Hill/Semmes for miles 7.5 to 15 or so. The course should be closed by 2PM.
There will be a few extra fun spots to spectate in the area:
- Riverside Dr. (Bottom of on ramp) (mile 8.1) will have live music
- Riverside Dr. at Pony Pasture Overlook (mile 9.3) will have music by AndiBand
- 6100 Forest Hill Avenue (mile 8.1) will have live music
- The CVS at 5001 Forest Hill Avenue ( (mile 12.5) is an official “Party Zone” and will have music by Riptide Entertainment
- A cheer station will be popping off with breakfast by Nate and live music in the All Good Automotive parking lot on Semmes at 21st & Semmes (mile 14)
