Share your experience with high energy costs

The Community Climate Collaborative (C3) is studying the energy burden across different neighborhoods in Richmond and needs your input!

Energy burden is the percentage of your income spent on energy costs such as gas and electricity. This study, in partnership with the City of Richmond’s Office of Sustainability, will analyze neighborhood-level data to understand who is most affected by energy burdens in Richmond and create an interactive map for public use.
