Following a Zoning & Housing Panel discussion in Church Hill, there will be a series of open houses across the city. The Huguenot Community Center will host Open House #1 on Wednesday February 12 from 4-7PM.

Come out an engage with both planning staff and members of the Code Refresh team to learn more about what this means for the future of how we build Richmond. Find out about the draft pattern book, potential zoning districts, and the progress of the zoning code update. Provide your input, ask questions, and learn how these changes will impact our community.
