Man shot to death on Decatur Street

From the RPD:

Last night at approximately 11:36 p.m., Richmond Police officers responded to the 3300 block of Decatur Street for the report of a person shot. Once on scene officers located an adult male, down inside the residence suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
