Mystery truck terrorizes Forest Hill Terrace

An unknown driver in a Budget rental truck briefly terrorized Forest Hill Terrace this evening. The driver swerved the truck (with an apparently locked brake) along Forest Hill Avenue and the streets between Taylor Avenue and Westover Hills Boulevard, reportedly hitting several cars before being abandoned empty on Basset Avenue.
