New life at closed Coqui Cyclery spot?

Something is afoot at the former Appliance King / Coqui Cyclery spot at Semmes and Forest Hill.

There is an active permit for a dumpster “for cleaning out closed business of trash and furniture” and the property sold on February 3 to the eponymous “SEMMES AVENUE PROPERTIES LLC”.

Coqui Cyclery was the most recent tenant before closing in late 2023. It looked like there would be a spinoff from Coqui in the spot for a minute last year but Cornerstone Cycle never opened.
