Man shot to death on Midlothian

In what is only the 3rd homicide in South Richmond this year, an as yet unidentified man was shot to death this morning on Midlothian Turnpike.

From the RPD:

Early this morning at approximately 12:45 a.m., officers were called to the 3600 block of Midlothian Turnpike for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male, inside of a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
