Water line work on ANOTHER stretch of Forest Hill Avenue will start this week and continue through December

From the city:

The City of Richmond will be replacing deteriorating water mains and laterals along the 4100 through 4800 blocks of Forest Hill Avenue between Westover Hills Boulevard and 41st Street. Please reference the highlighted area in the map below for the limits of the worksite.
Work will require that alternating lanes of Forest Hill Avenue be closed between Westover Hills Boulevard and 41st Street. There will be no access impacts to businesses or residences.

No detours will be required. Work hours are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. During the work there will be large trucks and other construction equipment operating daily, which will result in an increased level of noise during working hours. Flaggers will be on-site to
