Style Weekly’s 2024 edition of their annual Top 40 Under 40 recognizing some of the folks making this city what it is has a number of South Richmond affiliated folks. Congrats to Tisha Erby (Super mom & RPS advocate), Marie D’Angelo (Richmond Makers Market), and Michael Phillips (The Richmonder)!

Yes you are missing someone off the list. Andre Noous is a Zone Supervisor for Security who gives tirelessly to the community. He gives to the Hines Foundation which is a foundation that helps students that are in need of donated items. He establishes a rapport with every student, parent, and Community Leader that he crosses.
