Why is the traffic so bad on Forest Hill Avenue this week?

A lane closure is in place at Forest Hill Avenue due to a collapsed sewer main line, according to the Richmond Department of Public Works. The eastbound outer lane is closed in the 6800 block of Forest Hill Avenue, between Hathaway and Cherokee Roads as a result of the collapsed sewer main line.
