RICHMOND HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS
4314 Crutchfield Street
New two-story building spanning approximately 281,969 SF targeted for 2026, with new athletic facilities including tennis, basketball, football, soccer, and baseball fields are planned for the location of the current school building for 2027.
SOUTHSIDE COMMUNITY CENTER

“As part of a nearly $20 million, multi-year investment, Phase 2 of construction of the center will include an auxiliary gymnasium, a boxing studio, classrooms, a culinary teaching kitchen, a dance studio, and Richmond’s first indoor playground”
T.B. SMITH COMMUNITY CENTER
2015 Ruffin Road
The new 30,000 square foot building is designed to “[elevate] the community, with a focus centered on sports and health”. Featuring both indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a large multipurpose sports field, an indoor pool, and gardens, the building will also house teaching spaces and a kitchen.
NOON INGRAM
2002 Ingram Avenue
The new 4-story development will have 250 apartments and fifteen single-family dwellings, a swimming pool, electric vehicle charging stations, and a 2,500-square-foot versatile community hub for meetings and essential services for residents and neighbors.
WARWICK TOWNS

The first building of this multi-unit development is now open. Prices in the upper $200s.
KINWICK

The 22 acre parcel is being cleared for a new 140 home neighborhood.
